Utah Dough Show is an annual celebration of all things donut, where Utah’s local donut shops and bakeries gather under one roof to showcase their best deep-fried dough for attendees to sample. This donut festival is the brainchild of Bryan and Heather Carr, a Utah couple with an above average love for donuts.
Bryan (aka @DonutsUnplugged) has personally visited over 200 donut shops across the country, many with Heather and their three kids in tow. Bryan & Heather have also attended several donut festivals around the country and decided it was time Utah had its own premier donut festival similar to those in Chicago, Sacramento, and Dallas.
Promoting local Utah donut shops and bakeries is only one of their goals, they’re also donating all net proceeds to two Utah charities – The Utah 1033 Foundation and The Christmas Box International.
