PODCAST 076: “RST Video Returns”

In Kevin Smith’s debut film Clerks, Randall Graves worked next to the Quick Stop at RST Video, a video rental store. It has been closed for the past 20 years in response to the video rental market collapse.

Local resident and former Vine star Tucker Brennan is currently working with the owners and the city of Leonardo, NJ to reopen it as a boutique video store that will provide home video sales and rentals on DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, and of course, VHS and other retro formats, including the original RST Video stock. We go behind the scenes of his progress!

We also geek out over the new Jay & Silent Bob Reboot film! Tucker attended the first stop of Reboot Roadshow and even ran into Kevin outside of the Quick Stop!

The RST Video Indiegogo campaign runs through November 15!

The Reboot Roadshow comes to Salt Lake City on January 23 at The State Room!
